sftp: stop the login when the keyboard-interactive dialog is canceled

Before this change, a canceled keyboard-interactive dialog sent an empty
answer to the server. The server counted it as a failed login, and the
worker went on to the password method, which opened a second dialog.

A job that must not prompt, such as the completion of the location bar,
had its dialog refused at once and also sent the empty answer. So typing
an sftp URL cost the server one failed login per completion.

Stop with the error of the dialog, as the password method already does.
