If I move my only panel where the System Tray widget is located back to my "Primary" monitor, notifications are now in the correct location. Bottom right, close to the System Tray like they were prior to 6.8. If I move the panel back to my secondary monitor where I prefer it to be. Notifications go back to the top left dead on 0,0.
