Before and after of the wifi settings file

DESCRIPTION
Changing wifi settings wipes advanced wifi config, breaking wifi connection

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a pre-configured connection to university wifi (eduroam) (WPA-EAP
802-1x).
2. It works, able to toggle it on and off manually from the network widget.
3. Go to system settings -> Wifi and Networking
4. Click wifi connection (eduroam) -> click general -> unclick connect
automatically with priority 10
5. Apply the settings
6. Connection no longer works
7. Go to /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections, notice that a chunk of the
authentication portions are gone

OBSERVED RESULT
Changing configured 801.x wifi from autoconnect from true to false wipes its
801.x settings. Only basic settings remain.

EXPECTED RESULT
Changing autoconnect from true to false only changes autoconnect setting,
leaving everything else intact.
