Rafael Linux User <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #3 from Rafael Linux User <[email protected]> --- I wrote in my native language because the window that appeared following the Plasma interface crash displayed everything in that language (Spanish, in this case); naturally, the user assumes they can fill out the form in the same language used in the prompt. It is a mistake to expect the user—who could be anyone, not necessarily a power user or someone with technical knowledge, let alone English proficiency—to know that, in addition to submitting error details, they must respond in a language other than the one Plasma displayed when the crash occurred. I also fail to understand why KDE’s bug-tracking system doesn't include a translation button, a feature found on platforms like Reddit. Such a feature would clearly benefit both developers—who would logically receive more bug reports without language-related submission barriers—and users, who could submit information in their desktop environment's language without being reprimanded for responding in the language they have enabled in Plasma. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
