Pushed by albertvaka into branch 'master'. lan: Catch IOException when opening TCP server in setupTcpListener When network access is blocked by the OS (or when ports cannot be bound), openServerSocketOnFreePort throws an IOException. In setupTcpListener, this was uncaught and crashed BackgroundService.onCreate. Catch the exception and log the error without crashing the service, consistent with setupUdpListener.
