            Bug ID: 376943
Summary: Guides should be editable with precision by allowing
user to input the new value, and they shouldn't only
                    use pixels as units
           Product: krita
           Version: git master
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: raghavendr.ra...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

Currently in Krita (3.1) user can add a guide to the page, this is a nice
feature for comic creators wanting to add some guides to denote bleeds etc.

There are currently two things lacking in the guide system

1) Ability to input precise value to move or create grid. there needs to be an
option to add new guide on a user inputted value or move a selected guide to
new coordinate given by the user. these can be integrated in the guides section
of the grids and guides docker

2)Ability to have guides support units such as cm, mm, in etc. Currently guides
are added or get moved only on pixel unit, aligning a guide to say 1cm is hard
as it gets snapped to pixel and pixel unit don't always align to other units.
So this leads to guides which are not precise with respect to other units

Thank you
