Bug ID: 527007
Summary: Streamline the UI for case of one image only
Classification: Plasma
Product: plasmashell
Version First 6.7.5
Reported In:
Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: Media Frame widget

Target Milestone: 1.0
Raising this as a kind of continuation of bug #518129.
The current UI does not handle the case of using only one image very well, and
I guess this is a fairly important use case.
I envision some kind of toggle between single- and multiple-image modes. I
would consider making single-image mode even the default one. In this mode,
choosing a file would immediately refresh the widget, and of course the UI
would have no options concerned with multiple images like "Change picture every
…" and other options.
