Well no, this bug is about forever black pixels. If we made them not forever, or made it so that the menu button is not shown without a menu, this bug would be fixed (as there would not be a forever black pixel), but that there is a black pixel at all would still be a bug even if it's not forever. But we can do it this way around too and make this one about black pixels no matter the duration.
