DESCRIPTION
DPMS is too sensitive for the mouse, it's cancelled when I touch the desk.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn off the monitor "kscreen-doctor -d off"
2. Touch the desk or mouse
OBSERVED RESULT
The (sensitive) mouse usually moves ~1px which cancels DPMS.
EXPECTED RESULT
Margin - move mouse at least X pixels in Y seconds to wake up; similar to
barrier when moving mouse across two monitors.
