Target Milestone: ---
DESCRIPTION
If you're downloading a KDE Linux image update from Discover and the download
aborts (either by losing internet connection or by manually cancelling the
download in the tasks menu), the item no longer appears in the Updates screen,
even if you refresh the list or reboot the system. The only way to fix this
currently is by running `updatectl vacuum` in a terminal, which is not ideal
for KDE Linux's endgoal.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Discover
2. Enter the Updates tab
3. Check the "KDE Linux Update" item and start downloading
4. Wait a few seconds for Discover the first megabytes of the update
5. Go to the tasks section and cancel the update
OBSERVED RESULT
The image update no longer appears in the updates tab
EXPECTED RESULT
The update item should still appear in the list and allow you to resume it,
either by automatically vacuuming the old download or somehow trying to resume
it.
