DESCRIPTION
The default highlight is being set to Other/Diff, this has changed as it used
to be set to 'None'
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate
2. Type '->'
OBSERVED RESULT
'->' is now highlighted red, this is now the default for all newly created text
files and has no way of switching it off . I tried Configure Kate -> Open/Save
-> Modes & Filetypes and deleting the filetype Other/Diff but it makes no
difference.
EXPECTED RESULT
The default highlight should remain as 'None' until the user has changed it.
This was not an issue in previous versions of Kate and has recently been an
issue.

More testing needs to be done especially after adding new features to ensure
expected default behaviour is not being changed.
