DESCRIPTION
Heyo, I am sensitive to the improved security argument for disallowing
custom/community provided plugins, as there is every chance I have made a
mistake in building my own, or a community plugin that supports the same
feature may introduce security vulnerabilities.

I would like to either have a somewhat simple way to bypass (or add) a plugin
to the whitelist accepted plugins, or, perhaps preferentially, would like an
official plugin that supports mp4 formatted videos to be run as the
background/wallpaper image, added to plasma-login-manager, as I very much enjoy
using "live" wallpapers.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. KDE developer explicitly stated on the forum the work around to get custom
plugins to work was pulled, intentionally.

OBSERVED RESULT
My "live" wallpapers are no longer available via P-L-M

EXPECTED RESULT
My "live" wallpapers would again be available via P-L-M
