DESCRIPTION
I wanted to request if blur effect can be extended to Gnome based applications
so it can detect more windows. I use Zen browser flatpak with transparent
background and can only force blur with kwin extensions. But I would much
rather have this present in the native kde blur effect so that way it updates
cleanly. No refraction or other intense effects are necessary. Just simply
requesting for the effect to detect on gnome framework windows like zen. Or
other apps if possible.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download Zen and Zen transparency mod.
2. Turn on all transparency settings
3. Turn in blur in kde desktop windows effect settings
OBSERVED RESULT
Blur doesnt effect Zen browser inspire of complete transparency.
EXPECTED RESULT
Would have a frosted glass effect with blur turned on.
