I have a feeling like that is a bug in compositor :( Could you also try one thing, to verify if it is a compositor bug or not? 1) Run the AppImage from a message above in native Wayland mode 2) Don't open any documents 3) Go to Settings->Color Management->Display 4) Uncheck/disable "Enable canvas color management" 5) Create a new document (it should be the only opened document) 6) Try resizing the toolbox.
