To reproduce:
mkdir /tmp/Test😣.txt
kwrite /tmp/Test😣.txt
The Unicode emoticon character '😣' is not rendered in the window title. It
looks like it is replaced with a Space.
Happens with all decorations I tested, also with other applications like
Dolphin and Konsole.
