It is, but here we're looking for content to be not scaled, as well as aligned
to the pixel grid. I'm thinking if this off for one fractional scale then it
probably is for most or all of them, but it's true that I have not verified
this assumption.

It also happens with no external monitors connected. Just me and my 1920x1200
built-in screen. On the same screen, side by side, Gwenview displays the same
screenshot without any blurriness. (Gwenview stays correct even with my
different-scale monitor plugged back in, proving that KWin is not at fault
here. It's purely an issue with in-app content.)
