DESCRIPTION
After a recent update, I now see a failure notification for Plasma Bigscreen
Input Handler failing to launch when logging into a "Plasma (Wayland)" desktop
session.
Prior to the update, no notification was ever seen. I was not aware that the
Plasma Bigscreen Input Handler would even be used when not logging into a
Bigscreen desktop session.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be at the Plasma Login Manager.
2. Log in with a "Plasma (Wayland)" desktop session
OBSERVED RESULT
The following notification from "KDED" is shown immediately after logging in:
Launching Plasma Bigscreen Input Handler (Failed)
Failed to launch process (status code: 127)
EXPECTED RESULT
No notification is shown.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Below are the relevant journalctl logs that I could see. It seems that it's
failing due to libcec.so.7 not being found. In Arch, this is provided by the
libcec package, which is listed as an optional dependency of plasma-bigscreen
(https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/plasma-bigscreen) to provide
support for CEC devices. I checked and I do not have the libcec package
installed. If this dependency is optional, can the failure notification be
suppressed instead of being shown at every login?
