DESCRIPTION
Items in the "Configure keyboard shortcuts..." dialogue are not grouped by
top-level menu, which makes it very difficult to understand what they mean. For
example, there is a top-level item simply listed as None and there is no
indication that it actually belongs to View -> Group By. Adding insult to
injury, the dialogue itself is modal which is impossible to open the menu and
look up the items to understand where they belong.
I believe the issue is unique to Dolphin, because other KDE apps (such as Kate,
for example) group their shortcuts into logical categories.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Dolphin
2. Go to menu -> Settings -> Configure Keyboard shortcuts...
3. Observe the issue.
OBSERVED RESULT
Keyboard shortcuts are not grouped by logical categories, the only grouped
items are "Group By", "Sort By", "Show field" and context menu actions.
EXPECTED RESULT
Keyboard shortcuts are grouped by logical categories so the user doesn't have
to guess what "None" or "Hidden files first" means in their proper context.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Dolphin 26.08 and 26.08.1, the issue was reproduced on 2 PCs running two
different distributions (openSUSE Tumbleweed and Tuxedo OS Debian-based)
