Please note that the app currently supports linux, windows and android, and that there are multiple audio backends on linux alone. I'm pretty sure that most combinations do not support volumes higher than 100%. This would require a lot of investigation and safeguarding to make sure nothing strange happens for all combinations of platforms and backends.
