I think it definitely happened to me when I launched kwrite from konsole and immediately closed it (but that is not a reproduction). I will try disabling tooltips once I am off this LLM branch, now I am testing that. It only happens every few hours (I cannot reproduce it as much as cwo in bug 552490 can), so it needs some time. Then I will also test the MR. I have focus follows the mouse - would it not have the same effect as task switcher?
