Application launcher opens on non-active screen when shortcut is used
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have panels with application launcher on multiple screens
2. Press meta key
OBSERVED RESULT
Application launcher opens on screen not in use
EXPECTED RESULT
Application launcher opens on currently in-use screen
