If you want to know the number of frames in your project, you can switch the
timeline time code display to frames and the hit END - the frame counter will
display the number of the last frame giving you the total number of frames in
your project.

Alternatively, you could add the Dynamic Text effect to the main sequence,
select the keyword #frame# and then go to the end of your project. The effect
then displays the number of the last frame giving you the total of the number
of frames in your project.
