Setup tab in ekos with optical train window over it. Goal would be to achive
this in 1 click not several.
DESCRIPTION
There is no way to setup the optical train from **SETUP** tab in ekos. It's UX
bug as a new user I couldn't figure out how to add new lens.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run kstars
2. go to ekos
