            Bug ID: 525422
Summary: Ctrl+Shift+Up (Focus Above Terminal) does nothing in
split view — regression in 26.08.0
    Classification: Applications
           Product: konsole
      Version First 26.08.0
       Reported In:
          Platform: Manjaro
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: split-view
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
In split view, Ctrl+Shift+Up (Focus Above Terminal) no longer moves
focus to the pane above. Down, Left and Right still work. This started
with the 26.08.0 update; 26.04.3 was fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole, split left/right, then split each column top/bottom,
giving a 2x2 grid of panes.
2. Put focus in one of the bottom panes.
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+Up.

OBSERVED RESULT
Focus does not move. Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Focus moves to the pane directly above.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Manjaro Linux, kernel 6.12.108-1-MANJARO
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.29.0
Qt Version: 6.11.2
Konsole: 26.08.0 (Arch package 26.08.0-1, unmodified)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Wayland session.

I bisected this by package. Downgrading only konsole to 26.04.3-1,
changing nothing else, restores the behaviour in a freshly launched
Konsole. Reinstalling 26.08.0-1 brings the fault back. Ctrl+Shift+Down,
Left and Right work correctly in both versions.

Nothing changed on my side: my shortcut configuration, profiles and
keytab are byte-for-byte identical to filesystem snapshots taken
before and after the upgrade.
