disscuss with people seeing in *SystemSettings the same problem (i think 1 or 2
people)
DESCRIPTION
Plasma says sound outputs at 1% are muted!
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to system settings(app)
2. make ur audio to 1% by sliding or using a shortcut as dim by 1% in audio
volume til 1%
3. see the icon appears as muted and the button it self says its not pressed..
OBSERVED RESULT
It Says any device who its at 1% is muted... But the audio is still working
etc etc....
EXPECTED RESULT
It should Say muted when the audio is predictably Innaudible as like -100% (0%)
db of the device capcity...
