Screenshot of "Difficulty Level" dialog

DESCRIPTION
When trying to generate a puzzle, if the Difficulty Level dialog box appears
asking "Do you wish to let the generator try again or accept the puzzle as is?"
appears, clicking "OK" just dismisses the dialog instead of generating a
puzzle.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a puzzle (in this case, 6x6 with hard difficulty and "random choice"
symmetry)
2. Click "Generate a puzzle"
3. Hopefully the "Difficulty Level" dialog appears giving "Retry" and "OK"
options. Click "OK" (or use the accelerator key; I tried both ways).

OBSERVED RESULT
Dialog box disappears and no puzzle appears.

EXPECTED RESULT
6x6 puzzle appears.
