DESCRIPTION
Removing kaccounts-integration, kaccounts-providers and signon-ui doesn't
remove the online accounts option in settings, can't remove signon because
plasma depends on it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Remove kaccounts-integration, kaccounts-providers and signon-ui
2. Open settings
OBSERVED RESULT
Online accounts section is available as an empty useless menu.
EXPECTED RESULT
Online accounts section to be removed.
