Krunner doesn't find applications when keywords are not in the main .desktop
files.
There are no keywords in the file:
https://invent.kde.org/graphics/okular/-/blob/master/shell/org.kde.okular.desktop
But there are in
https://invent.kde.org/graphics/okular/-/blob/master/generators/poppler/okularApplication_pdf.desktop?ref_type=heads

According to a discussion on Matrix, it seems that those used to be parsed
before.
So, is it possible to have those X-KDE-Keywords of the .desktop files in the
sub-directories indexed again, or should a solution be found at application
level ?

Okular is not listed in the Applications part of the search results.
