DESCRIPTION
LG C6 / C6H series of television have a 165 Hz mode that when enabled, changes
the display's EDID. Kwin implemented use of "edidHash" to solve another bug,
but LG's behaviour causes windows to move between displays, forgetting display
settings, and other unwanted behaviour.
A solution would be to only use "edidHash" if "edidIdentifier" is empty.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect two displays and open windows for both
2. Change one display's EDID while Plasma is open. Or in the case of LG C6,
change to 165hz mode
OBSERVED RESULT
Windows move between displays
EXPECTED RESULT
Windows remain on their original display
