In my case the panel with folders is also problematic STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Set only in Dolphin the Windows Color scheme in Breeze dark (the KDE main theme in unimportant) 2. The bug appears instantly. The file/folder names are unreadable and the panel with folders not black but white You have to change Dolphin to another scheme and then set again Breeze black. 3. When Breeze dark is applied correctly after this workaround, close Dolphin and open it again the bug is still there OBSERVED RESULT Unreadable files/folder names and folder panel with black and white stripes EXPECTED RESULT Breeze dark is usable, the files/folder names readable and the folders panel shown correctlt WORKAROUND: You have to change Dolphin to another color scheme and then set again Breeze black.
