DESCRIPTION
If you have set up an always encrypt policy for a certain recipient, and have a
draft of an email for that recipient and change the recipient, the policy will
still be enforced for that email draft even if the policy causing recipient is
no longer mentioned as recipient of that email
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add a always encrypt policy for a recipient A
2. Draft an Email for recipient A, save it as draft (will be saved encrypted
3. open the draft (decrypt it)
4. change the recipient to B (no encryption policies)
5. disable encryption via the button/menu/Attachment list checkboxes
6. Either save the draft again OR try to send the email (doesn't matter which
one)
OBSERVED RESULT
Kmail tries to encrypt the message even though encryption is not actively
selected in the the message composer UI
EXPECTED RESULT
Message will be saved/sent without encryption
