DESCRIPTION
When I'm done with watching some episodes from a torrent I would often delete
them to help myself remember what my watch progress is. If ktorrent is not
running then the next time it starts it'll ask me if it should recreate them or
not (separate question for each file which is annoying in its own way, but is
another issue) but if its still running it doesn't even realize or indicate
anything is wrong about the files. Later on I find them silently recreated as
blank (sparse) files on my fs. This should really not happen - it should act
and ask the same way as when they were deleted with it offline.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start a torrent and wait for it to finish downloading
2. delete a file from it in a file manager
3. a while later notice if the file is there or not
OBSERVED RESULT
the file was silently recreated but with useless empty content
EXPECTED RESULT
ktorrent should notice the missing data and ask what to do same as when it's
starting up
bonus points if that question ux can be streamlined to better handle multiple
files at once all in the same way (all recreate or all cancel).
