as you can see the app outlines are not changed and the titlebar have a
different color
I use default breeze dark but set it's outlines intensity to 5%
this time when i did the same the windows border outline intensity lowers but
not within the application and the window titlebar color is not the same as it
used to before, it's all looking uneven across all qt application and kde
