dolphin: scroll to a renamed item that moved to a new sort position

Renaming a file re-sorts it and keeps it selected, so neither the view
nor updateViewState() scrolls to it. When the new name sorts far from the
old position, the renamed item could end up off-screen.

Add a KFileItemModel::sortingFinished signal, emitted once the sort order
is final after a sort-relevant change, whether or not anything moved, and
scroll the view back to the renamed item when it fires, for both the
inline rename and the RenameFileDialog paths. If the rename hid the item
there is nothing to scroll to and the view is left untouched.
