When I put a subtitle on the timeline and make it end on a specific frame, it
actually ends one frame late and this happens only on specific frames. No
matter how much i tweak the subtitle in the timeline (one frame up or down) I
still can't get it to end on the specific frame I want.
I don't really know if this considered a bug but here it is
