Is this an issue that you experience yourself? Then we can proceed. If not, because you're reporting it on behalf of the streamer, then there's nothing we can really do because we can't ask the person who actually experienced the issue for the necessary information to troubleshoot and debug it. Needless to say, if this was a 100% reproducible issue affecting everyone, it would be a four-alarm fire and be fixed in a day.
