Pushed by vladz into branch 'Plasma/6.7'. plugins/eyeonscreen: Fix return animation The delay in the animation was causing the artifacts when peek at Desktop is clicked second time. Basically this animation was starting late and other animations were interferring in this animation. Removed the delay in the return animation. This forces background windows to restore concurrently alongside newly spawned layouts, entirely eliminating the visual clash.
