  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
Resizing split-screen/quick tiled windows away from their default 50/50 ratio
resets to original positions when locking the system, waiting for screen
timeout, and unlocking.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two different windows
2. Use the quick tiling feature by dragging one window to the left and the
other window to the right edge of the screen.
3. Drag the middle divider between the 2 windows and resize as desired
4. Lock the system
5. Wait until the screen times out and monitor turns off. (System set to not
sleep; "When inactive: do nothing" in power management)
6. Wake system with mouse movement or keyboard and unlock system.

OBSERVED RESULT
Windows resized earlier get reset to a 50/50 split ratio when unlocking the
system after screen timeout.
In one case with Dolphin and Discover, Dolphin kept the original position when
locked, and Discover reset to 50/50.

EXPECTED RESULT
Windows sustain their positions set by the user when unlocking the system after
screen timeout.
