DESCRIPTION
Split view navigation alt+up/down/left/right or ctrl+shift+up/down/left/right
no longer working properly.
Some navigation directions still work but not all, perhaps some tree traversal
movements being incorrectly derived?
I'm unsure if this worked in the immediately previous version, but i can
confirm it worked in 26.04.3.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open split view terminals with ctrl+shift+8/9
2. Move around with alt+up/down/left/right or ctrl+shift+up/down/left/right
OBSERVED RESULT
Some movement directions are not possible.
The most obvious one will be to simply do ctrl+shift+9 for a single vertical
split and try to move back up to the root.
EXPECTED RESULT
All movement directions possible.
