DESCRIPTION
I use the notification to control media and when I stop or switch off my PC it
stays there with the last opened media.
STEPS
1. Open a video, audio or whatever. See if the app gets it on the notification
panel.
2. Close it, or shutdown the computer.
3. The notification with the name of the last media remains and if you close it
it reappears
