DESCRIPTION

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put computer to sleep
2. Wake up the computer
3. Try to type in the computer password and see the characters are invisible

NOTE: this doesn't happen all the time, only occasionally. I'm unable to
reproduce this consistently.

OBSERVED RESULT
The masking circles (●) when typing in a password become invisible when typing
in the user's password after the computer is woken up from sleep.

EXPECTED RESULT
The system should show the dots representing the user's password as so ●●●●●,
but instead it shows nothing.
