DESCRIPTION
When a server has an TLS problem, for example, an expired certificate, ktorrent
spams with too many "The server failed the authenticity check" dialogues,
unless you're lucky and see the first one.
EXPECTED RESULT
Two options:
* A way to find the server in the trackers of every torrent to disable it or
* To know that the dialogue has been shown for that server and do not show it
again, rejecting the new connections until the action of the dialogue is
chosen.
