MacOS crash report (edited)
DESCRIPTION
Since upgrading to v9.1, Digikam cannot connect to my camera (Fujifilm X100V)
to import pictures, and clicking "Retry" crashes the app. (Note: I'm running
Digikam in French; original English labels may differ.)
I was previously on Digikam v8.x (can't recall the exact version). Apple's
Image Transfer app can connect to my camera just fine.
This looks like the same issue described there:
https://www.reddit.com/r/digiKam/comments/1v195e0/hard_100_reproducible_crash_when_importing_from/
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect camera
2. Open import window
OBSERVED RESULT
No picture appears on the import windows. Instead, a red ribbon at the bottom
says something like "Impossible to connect to the camera. Please check that it
is connected and turned on." with a "Retry" button. Clicking the "Retry" button
crashes the app.
EXPECTED RESULT
The import window displays the camera's pictures and I can import them as
usual.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: MacOS 26.5.2 (25F84)
