DESCRIPTION

After some recent updates deployed to my Fedora Kinoite 44 setup, the dock has
become unstable. This used to work pretty consistently but stopped working
within the last month or two.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wake laptop from sleep, confirm internal monitor works
2. Close laptop lid
3. Plug in Lenovo USB-C dock (model 40AY) supporting USB DP alt mode (not
displaylink)
4. Wake laptop with dock button

OBSERVED RESULT
The laptop powers on, and is accessible over SSH. Most of the time the external
display does not power on and the screen is left blank.

As a workaround, I can open the lid, leave it open, then manually change to
just the external display.

EXPECTED RESULT
External screen should display kde login manager, log in, and work normally

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.28.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I will attach supportInformation and kscreen-doctor output.
