It is fully translated here (pt_BR), except for the button that allows setting
the file extension, because it was missing a i18n() call. Just updated Kaffeine
to allow translating them.

Btw, I'm also using Fedora here, and my default windows manager is Mate.
Everything works perfect here (although I have KDE fully installed). Perhaps it
is either some trouble specific with Gnome 3 or you need some other KDE package
installed, in order to translate KF5 core messages.

Yes. I changed them to i18n(). You should be able to translate those messages
now.
