We'd immediately get a dozen bug reports about it by people assuming it was a mistake. I've asked this before, but please in the future explain the problem that the lack of a thing is causing you, and the use case that would be enabled by having it. Don't just open bug reports for every random idea that pops into your head, good or bad. It's a waste of both of our time.
