I'm currently looking at this, I currently have a per application task
switching behavior, meaning Alt+Tab highlights all the windows from the
currently selected application and Alt+` highlights one window at a time, I've
also managed to raise all windows in that mode, meaning for example if you have
3 Dolphin windows open and one Kate window, Alt tabbing into dolphin raises the
3 windows and not just one Dolphin window, this is similat to Gnome and Mac
style.
The only problem I still encounter is that some Alt+Tab effects dissapear in
the transition from Alt+Tab -> Alt+` withtout raising the Alt key.
I haven't been able to find the cause, moreover some effects like "modern
informative" work correctly.
