PS & Update: Would like to make sure that you know when Davinci is not producing any sounds, other programs are able to produce sounds such as YouTube or Steam videos. However switching to Pro Audio not only gets rid of the flickering it also allows Davinci to play sounds however it comes at the cost of extremely low audio for the entire PC. Another workaround to notice is switching to "Analogue Stereo Output" gets rid of the flickering but still does not allow Davinci to produce any audio.
