DESCRIPTION
When I try to write an ISO to a live USB stick that I booted from using the KDE
Image Writer, I receive the following error message: "The last block was not
fully written"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot from a live USB stick (tested with KDE Neon and Kubuntu) and install
the KDE Image Writer (latest version)
2. Try writing the ISO to the mounted live USB stick itself
(tested with Kubuntu ISO and KDE Linux ISO)

OBSERVED RESULT
Fails with "The last block was not fully written", see screenshot
It works, when I unmount the USB stick manually, plug it out and back in.

EXPECTED RESULT
No manual unmount and unplug should be required

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
OS: KDE Neon User Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.28.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
OS: Kubuntu Live System
KDE Plasma Version: 6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tested it multiple times. Sometimes, a manual unmount was not possible
because other applications were using it. However, it also failed when a manual
unmount was possible.
