DESCRIPTION
NOTE: I am not sure if this is a bug in okular or a bug in the powerpoint
exporting code.
When a colleague exports PDFs from his powerpoint (under Windows) files, the
links do not work in okular. However, they work when opening the PDF in
Firefox.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Save the attached file "test.pdf" to your file system.
2. Open okular
3. Use okular's File/Open... to find and open the file test.pdf
4. Go to slide 4 and attempt to click on any of the Video Links in the Class 1
Topics table.
5. Verify hovering the mouse over the link does not change the cursor, and
left-clicking on the link does nothing.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing opens. Okular takes no action.
EXPECTED RESULT
Okular opens a browser to follow the link.
FURTHER NOTES:
The links work if you open the file in Firefox. However, I do not think this
proves the bug is not in powerpoint's PDF exporting code.
